Terms & Conditions
- El Dorado will not be held liable for any damage or loss of goods. Please make sure your valuables are kept in a safe place or on you.
- No smoking in units of El Dorado (penalties charge).
- No visitors allowed after 10pm (We respect our other guests).
- No pets allowed.
- Keys: You are in charge for the remote control and keys, if you misplace or lose it, you will be responsible for replacing the locks, keys and remote.
- If a guest damage or break El Dorado property, it must be reported immediately. The guest will then be responsible to replace/pay for the item.

Parking
- Free private parking is available on site.
- Access to El Dorado via a remote controlled gate.
Cancellation Policy
- Amount -50%: 14-30 days before arrival.
- R200.00 handling/cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- No refund within 14 days before arrival.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
Deposit Policy
- 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.
- Please note that the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the booking.
- If deposit is not paid within the requested time the booking will be released.
Child Policy
- All Children welcome.
- Children over the three years are charged as adults.
